How Grief Coaching Can Support You

You are welcome here. My name is Pamela Cushman, and I come to this work with both professional training and lived experience. I understand grief not only as a coach, but as someone who has walked this path personally. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, creating space for your feelings to be acknowledged and honored. All sessions are held online, allowing you to connect from the comfort and privacy of your own space. With gentle guidance and compassionate support, you can begin to process your grief and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth.

My Journey Through Loss

 

  • In 2014, my 31-year-old son went missing on Mt. Hood in Oregon, changing my life forever.
     
  • For seven years, my family lived in painful uncertainty until his remains were found and confirmed.
     
  • That seven-year journey taught me that grief has no timeline and no single path to healing.
     
  • I learned that true healing comes from compassion, connection, and learning to carry both love and loss together.
     
  • Today, I walk beside others as a grief coach, offering the same gentle understanding that helped me find meaning and hope again.

    This no-obligation call gives us a chance to connect, discuss your needs, and answer any questions you may have.
     
  • Decide if We’re a Good Fit
    After our initial conversation, you can decide if you feel comfortable and supported moving forward together.
     
  • Book a Single Session or a Package
    Choose what works best for you. Whether it's one session at a time or a package for ongoing support.
     
  • Meet from Anywhere
    All sessions are held online so you can join from the comfort of your own space.
