No. Grief coaching is not therapy. As a grief coach, I offer compassionate support, guidance, and practical tools to help you navigate your grief. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and my services are not a substitute for licensed mental health care.
Grief coaching is for individuals who are experiencing loss and want supportive guidance in a safe, non-judgmental space. Many people seek grief coaching when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward while honoring their grief.
Not at all. There is no right timeline for grief. You are welcome exactly where you are, whether you’re feeling raw, numb, confused, or simply needing someone to walk alongside you.
Grief coaching focuses on support, reflection, and forward-looking guidance, rather than diagnosis or clinical treatment. Coaching is collaborative and client-led, allowing us to focus on what feels most supportive for you right now.
That’s absolutely okay. Grief coaching can complement therapy. Many clients work with both, using coaching as an additional layer of support between or alongside therapy sessions.
Sessions are a safe, supportive space to talk, reflect, and explore what you’re experiencing. Each session is guided by your needs and may include conversation, gentle reflection, grounding practices, or supportive tools, always at your pace.
That’s completely understandable. I offer a complimentary 20-minute conversation so we can connect, answer questions, and see if this feels like the right support for you.
